Suicide Squad may be in the middle of reshoots, but judging by the newest trailer, are they even necessary? The movie looks just as fun, exciting, and entertaining as the earlier footage led on, suggesting this bad guy team-up is going to be the gem of Warner Bros.’ DC Cinematic Universe—at least for the time being.
Pretty much the entire trailer is filled with new footage, but even more than that, we finally get a better look at some of the film’s characters, such as Killer Croc. I don’t know how they did it, but Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje looks like a living, breathing crocodile. That makeup must have been a doozy to put on every morning; if it’s not makeup, it’s some pretty convincing VFX.
Check it out above. You might even spot a Batman cameo or two.
