To absolutely no one’s surprise, Marvel has won the box office yet again.
1. Captain America: Civil War

Captain America: Civil War had a healthy second weekend taking in $72.56M domestically, a dip of 59.5 percent from its opening weekend. Combined with the foreign markets it has already rolled out to this brings its domestic total to $940.89M off of a $250M budget.
2. The Jungle Book

The Jungle Book had a healthy fifth weekend to take in $17.76M. It now stands at $311.76M domestically and $828.06M globally off of a $175M budget.
3. Money Monster
George Clooney’s new Money Monster debuted in third place with $15M off of a reported $27M budget.
3. The Darkness
Kevin Bacon’s new The Darkness opened in fourth place with $5.18M.
5. Mother’s Day
Mother’s Day finally took a dip in earnings dropping 70 percent this weekend to land in fifth place with $3.29M and a new domestic cume of $28.75M off of its $25M budget.
