In case you missed the premiere of AMC’s newest hit show, Preacher, the full pilot episode has been posted to YouTube—and it’s completely commercial-free. We already told you why Preacher is one of the most exciting new shows, and now you can see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.
The pilot episode moves at a good pace while laying the groundwork for what’s to come. You get introduced to the show’s main players and get a brief glimpse at the mysterious power that inhabits Jesse Custer (Dominic Cooper), which gives him the strange ability to make people do exactly what he says.
Now, it’s just a matter of Jesse figuring out what he wants to do with said power. The show originally premiered on May 22 with an encore of the pilot episode last Sunday; the second episode is scheduled for this Sunday at 10 p.m.
The only bad news is if you don’t have cable or access to AMC one episode won’t be enough, which is exactly what AMC wants. If you’ve been on the fence about Preacher, this is a great no-strings-attached way to see what it’s all about.
