The Secret Life of Pets won its weekend with $50.56M for a new domestic total of $203.14M off of its $75M budget. One has to wonder how quickly we’ll hear a sequel being announced.
2. Ghostbusters

Ghostbusters has finally arrived, and the numbers came in slightly below projects with the film taking in $46M off of its $144M budget.
3. The Legend of Tarzan
The Legend of Tarzan is still hanging in there and took in $11.12M for a new domestic total of $103M. Globally it stands at $193.65M off of a $180M budget.
4. Finding Dory

Finding Dory swam into the record books in its fourth weekend to become the highest-grossing animated film domestically. The sequel took in $11M for a new domestic total of $445.5M and globally it sits at $721.7M.
5. Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates
Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates landed in fifth place with $7.5M and a new domestic total of $31.32M off of its $33M budget.
