See full gallery on TechnoBuffaloOne of the best things about going to an event like Comic-Con is seeing the different costumes people come up with. Second to that, it’s fun checking out the costumes on display that appear in the actual movies. You’ve already see props for Thor: Ragnarok and outfits from Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. Now, get a load of some of the costumes we’ll see in next month’s Suicide Squad.
Granted, we’ve seen these costumes dozens of times in the recent trailers and TV spots. But it’s different seeing them in person. We don’t have the full squad to show off but we did snap photos of Harley Quinn and Joker, the latter of whom had a very interesting choice in socks. Seeing Joker’s costume up close, he more closely resembles a pimp than a terrifying villain; it’s a lot different compared to Jokers of years past, who typically stuck to more formal attire.
Warner Bros. also had Harley Quinn’s outfit on display, which is more punk rock than we’re used to seeing her in the comics. You can check them out in the gallery above along with few other character costumes from the movie. Suicide Squad hits theaters on Aug. 5, 2016.
