See full gallery on TechnoBuffaloNovember is shaping up to be a banner month in the history of Netflix. The streaming giant is adding 21 original shows and movies, led by the much-anticipated debut of the Gilmore Girls revival.
After years of talk but no action, Netflix finally gathered up the original creators and stars of the show, including Lauren Graham, Alexis Bledel, and Amy Sherman-Palladino and maneuvered a return to Stars Hallow. Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life will re-introduce us all to the Lorelai, Rory, Luke and the rest of the characters we’ve all grown to love.
Some of the other notable originals arriving in November includes Case (season 1), The Crown (season 1), Mercy and True Memoirs of an International Spy.
As for adding third-party content, Netflix’s deal with Disney is continuing to bear fruit with the addition of Jon Favreau’s The Jungle Book. Richard Linklater’s Oscar-nominated Boyhood and the Cohen Brothers’ Burn After Reading starring George Clooney and Brad Pitt are also being added.
