What do you think they’re looking at? The sunset? A flock of seagulls? Or maybe a deadly alien invader in search of Mother Boxes?
A new photo from the Justice League set was shared this week, giving us a good look at how Ezra Miller’s Flash fits into the group. The photo comes courtesy of Entertainment Weekly, which also spoke to director Zack Snyder about how the film is coming together.
“I’m super happy with the chemistry of my league of justice doers,” Snyder said.
Justice League has already wrapped filming, so now it’s a matter of editing the film ahead of its November 2017 release.
According to EW, the film will partly focus on showing how the team struggles to come together, in addition to seeing them fight evil. In particular, Miller’s Flash will be a thorn in the side of his allies.
“He annoys everybody, but he doesn’t have any specific beef with anyone,” Miller said.
Where’s Aquaman, Cyborg and Superman?
Still missing from the shot is Aquaman, Cyborg and Superman, the latter of whom “died” at the end of Batman v Superman. We’ve already seen quite a bit of footage from Justice League but that was part of a special for the purposes of Comic Con. We still have yet to see a proper trailer.
With a release looming, and coming off the critical failure (but financially successful) Batman v Superman, Snyder will want to make a good impression with Justice League. That will start with a trailer, which I’d expect to see hit early next year.
Justice League is scheduled to hit theaters on Nov. 17, 2017.
