In the Doctor Strange Blu-ray special features, the follow-up, aptly titled Team Thor: Part 2, is mentioned and hints at the return of Thor and his regular human roommate, Darryl Jacobson.
Here is the official description of the short, which admittedly doesn’t reveal much:

Thor has generally been a more serious and embattled character, rarely showing the far-ranging dynamics of his personality, which refreshingly shows up in Team Thor.
There was chatter earlier on that Darryl would be a part of Thor: Ragnarok, and he still might be, but we might see him a lot sooner than we originally thought.
Thor is rounding out to be one of the best MCU characters
Team Thor: Part 2 should serve as a stop-gap until Thor: Ragnarok is released in November. The continued evolution of Thor has made him into one of my favorite Marvel characters.
His movies don’t really stand out from the likes of Iron Man and Guardians of the Galaxy, but the success of Team Thor and the inclusion of Hulk in his next movie, excitement for the character is building up to new levels. It’s good to see Marvel catch on to what works with their characters and build upon it.
