Amazon announced the new titles arriving to its Prime and Video services in April. Leading off the slate of new additions is the an original movie called The Handmaiden, along with two original shows, Bosch and Catastrophe.
Bosch is returning for its third season. It revolves around LAPD detective Henry Bosch as he tries to navigate through a flawed justice system. Catastrophe comes back for its third season. The series follows a Boston exec and London school teacher who try to adjust to life after a one-night liaison leads to an unexpected pregnancy. The Handmaiden is the latest movie from acclaimed director Park Chan-wook (Oldboy). This Korean film is about a down and out pickpocket thief who is recruited by a con man for an elaborate heist.
Some of the other intriguing additions coming to the service include Almost Famous, Eddie Murphy Raw, Tommy Boy and American Honey.
The new titles available for purchase or rent on Amazon’s Video service include Archer (season 8), Better Call Saul (season 3), Hidden Figures and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
