If you’re not heading to the theater this weekend to check out Disney’s Tomorrowland (you really should), I’d recommend catching up on some of the movies and TV shows disappearing from Netflix next month. It’s a holiday weekend after all, giving you ample time to saddle up to plenty of streaming content.

Every week I do the Film Fondue series, I’m always amazed at how much good content came our during a given week. This last week was no different. In addition to getting our first glimpse at Danny Boyle’s Steve Jobs, we saw plenty of amazing set photos from Suicide Squad, along with our first look at the World of Warcraft movie. How amazing does Orgrim look? Pretty spectacular if you ask me.

We ran not one, but two movie reviews this week, and learned a particularly juicy rumor about the next Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie. Man, if Krang really does appear in the live-action sequel, I don’t know if I’ll be able to handle all the awesomeness. (In reality, it’ll probably be horrifically bad and laughable.)

Below are some of the bigger rumors and news we didn’t get around to this past week.

Lex Luthor in Batman v Superman

So… is Lex Luthor going to wear his famous green and purple war suit in Batman v Superman? We’ve seen very little of the bald supervillain, so his involvement in the film is shrouded in mystery. However, the mastermind is apparently not only going to be a worthy intellectual foe, but a physical threat as well. That means, of course, him and Superman will probably come to fisticuffs, though that’s speculation on my part. But why else would he don the suit? [JoBlo]

Jack Reacher 2 gets a director

Jack Reacher wasn’t like, Wow this is great. But it was pretty decent, so I welcome a sequel. Tom Cruise has proven he’s still a compelling leading man, even if all he does is run around like a maniac. We’ll see him this summer in Rogue Nation, but look for him to also show up in Jack Reacher 2 (no release date set), which is set to be directed by Ed Zwick, who was in charge of The Last Samurai. Black Panther’s role in Captain America: Civil War

We already know Captain America: Civil War is going to deviate from the source material, which mean Black Panther’s role is going to be a little different when the film hits next year. How different, you ask? Well, it sounds like he’s going to be on the hunt for the Winter Soldier (aka Bucky Barnes), though the reason hasn’t yet been disclosed. Many have speculated that Winter Soldier murdered Black Panther’s parents, suggesting it’ll be a tale of vengeance. A very real possibility! And also another dilemma for Captain America to deal with. Heath Ledger as Mad Max

George Miller originally intended to film Mad Max: Fury Road years ago, but various issues kept pushing the film back. Had it gone into production when Miller wanted, the director says the film would have starred Heath Ledger, who was last seen onscreen as The Joker. Take nothing away from Tom Hardy, who played the role of Max brilliantly. But I wonder what the film would have been like had Ledger not passed away in 2008. [TheDailyBeast]

Mad Max: The Wasteland

Speaking of Mad Max, a sequel is probably, hopefully coming—and it already has a name should it come to fruition. According to Mad Max director, George Miller, the next film in the storied franchise will be known as The Wasteland. A screenplay has already been written. Now it’s just a matter of the actors and studios getting back onboard. What we’ll see in a sequel remains unclear. So long as it feature the same insane, wild, beautiful car chases as the latest movie, I’m sold. [JeffGoldsmith]

Captain America and Crossbones duke it out

Crossbones (Frank Grillo) has been a prominent fixture on the set of Captain America: Civil War, but most of what we’ve seen has been the villain standing around and generally having a good time. New videos, however, film from the movie’s set, show Crossbones and Captain America duking it out. Not much happens, though Crossbones has a bone to pick (get it) with Steve Rogers. [ComingSoon]

The Croods 2 gets more voice talent

I have a feeling the people who didn’t see The Croods skipped the film because it wasn’t Pixar, or they just didn’t know enough about it. I admit I didn’t catch this until it was available for streaming, but I absolutely loved it, and I’m thrilled a sequel is on the way. But it won’t just feature Nicolas Cage, Emma Stone, and Ryan Reynolds; Leslie Mann and Kat Dennings are set to join the cast, though it’s unclear what their roles will be. [THR]

Check out these Wet Hot American Summer photos

You either get Wet Hot American Summer, the 2001 cult classic, or you don’t. They sure don’t make movies like this anymore, and I think that’s just as well, because Wet Hot American Summer is certainly unique. If you want to relive the glory days, the cast of the classic film is set to make a return to Netflix later this summer, and until that day comes, the first batch of photos has been released. Did the cast even age over the past 14 years? Apparently not. [Variety]

World War Z sequel set for 2017 release

Comic book movies? Boo. Hollywood wants more zombies. Following the success of World War Z, a second film has been ordered by Paramount Pictures, with a release date set for June 9, 2017. The first one ended on a grim note, so I’d imagine the second to pick up where World War Z left off. Guess we’ll find out in a few years. [Variety]
