Just ask Siri “Is Jon Snow dead?” and Apple’s AI assistant will respond with a clever response. Most of the canned answers are pretty ambiguous, but at least one seems to suggest Siri knows more than she’s letting on.
If you ask the question enough times, Siri will suggest setting up doggy daycare for Jon Snow’s pet direwolf, Ghost. None of the answers are totally satisfactory, but this will have to do until Season 6 premieres on April 24.
Of course, there are also plenty of fan theories out there. Kit Harrington, the actor who plays Jon Snow, was spotted on set during Season 6 filming despite being stabbed repeatedly at the end of season 5. His name is even included in the updated credits, suggesting the actor will make an appearance even if his character is dead.
If you don’t care about Jon Snow, you can also ask Siri if winter is coming. The response if a bit more direct in that case. The digital assistant will respond with another question, asking, “Does a Lannister always pay his debts?” Any self-respecting Game of Thrones knows the answer is a resounding yes.
