The best part of Batman v Superman was when Wonder Woman sprung into action against Doomsday, a rocking theme twanging in the background. We’re about to get much more of that—but much, much earlier than we saw her in Batman v Superman.
Warner Bros. on Saturday released the first trailer for the upcoming movie and it looks unlike any superhero movie we’ve seen thus far. There’s war, epic battles and plenty of fights between Wonder Woman and Nazi soldiers. Even the Lasso of Truth makes an appearance.
Directed by Patty Jenkins and starring Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, and Robin Wright, Wonder Woman hits theaters on June 2, 2017.
