AMC this week revealed some big details about a few of its most anticipated shows, including when Better Call Saul, the spin-off to Breaking Bad, will launch this year. During a Television Critics Association press tour, AMC said viewers will be able to revisit the Breaking Bad universe when Better Call Saul debuts in November; an exact date wasn’t shared, but it certainly gives viewers a timeframe to look forward to. The new show, for those unfamiliar, will supposedly chronicle the life of Saul Goodman separate from Walt and Jesse; Saul quickly became a fan favorite on the popular TV show, which just ended its final season late last year.
Additionally, AMC revealed that Mad Men will return on Sunday, April 13, starting up its final season of the beloved series; the show will take a double-dose approach, airing the first half this year and then airing the second half in 2015. AMC also said Talking Dead has been renewed for Season 5 (along with the renewal of The Walking Dead for another season), and Revolutionary War spy drama, Turn, will debut on April 6, 2014. Better Call Saul, for those of you overseas, will hit Netflix shortly after an episode airs here in the U.S.
