San Diego Comic-Con is in full swing, and while no amount of pictures could ever hope to fully portray the massive scope of this annual event dedicated to all things geek culture TechnoBuffalo certainly tried it’s best to give you a taste of it.
As the only member of the staff to have attended the show before (1992 – 1996), I have to say even I was a little blown away by how this show has grown and changed. The emphasis on comics has definitely declined significantly, with the focus seemingly to be only on golden and silver age books.
As for the overall scope? Astounding. No longer satisfied with just the convention center, San Diego Comic-Con now stretches to hotels, vacant warehouses, restaurants in the surrounding area. It is truly something to behold.
As members of the press, TechnoBuffalo has already secured its badges for 2015, and we can’t wait to go down again next year to see what’s new.
