I’m hoping all the footage of Age of Ultron we’ve seen over the past several months hasn’t completely spoiled the film. When you have such a big property, there’s definitely a fine line between too much of a good thing, but I’m really hoping this isn’t the case. I love all the stuff Marvel has been showing us, don’t get me wrong, but it would be a mighty shame if we all go into the theater on May 1 with nothing really new to see.
The “official final” trailer for Avengers: Age of Ultron was released on Monday, and it shows an itty bitty amount of new footage. What’s cool about this trailer is that it focuses quite a bit on Black Widow, who is shown fighting Ultron and engaging in some fun banter with Captain America. Otherwise, we kind of get a quick character introduction to the Avengers team, along with a few more shots of Iron Man in action.
If you haven’t seen a single trailer up to this point, I kind of envy you; you’re going to be fresh when the film finally hits. On the other hand, I’ve been loving every second of the ride so far, and I can’t wait to see it all go down when Age of Ultron hits the big screen on May 1.
