It sounds like the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer is right around the corner. Following unconfirmed reports last week stating we’d see our first look at the film attached to Mad Max: Fury Road, composer Tom Holkenborg (aka Junkie XL) on Monday added further fuel to the fire. You can see his Tweet below and make of it what you will; it definitely sounds to me like we’re going to see something pretty spectacular next month.
Holkenborg has worked on The Dark Knight Rises and Man of Steel, so he’s worked on superhero flicks before. Apparently he’s been tasked with coming up with a completely new theme for Batman in the upcoming films, according to Latino Review. Wow, no pressure or anything.
We mixed the trailer today… F*** it's so awesome… #iFilmscoring #dawnofjustice #BatmanvSuperman @BatmanNewsCom

Now the question is: will the trailer hit the Internet before Mad Max hits theaters? These things have a way of leaking out, as we saw with Age of Ultron last year. Whatever happens, it’s certainly one of the more anticipated trailers we’ve seen in a while. There has been so much secrecy surrounding this new project that any little tidbit will be huge for fans.
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is a year away from hitting theaters, so there’s still much work to be done. In the meantime, start preparing yourself now. You don’t really need an excuse to see Fury Road when it’s released in May, but it sure will be nice to get our first look at Batman, Wonder Woman and Lex Luther in action.
In the meantime go see @MadMaxMovie !!! Maybe there is trailer you like @BatmanNewsCom #iFilmscoring #MadMaxFuryRoad
